Terrific experience with this company. Cold called them after my dryer went down based on location and good reviews here on Google. The office manager who scheduled me was terrific and they got me in within a couple days. Kurt, the tech, was terrific--I feel he went above and beyond, not just fixing the dryer, but checking the entire venting inside and out to try to prevent the issue happening soon again. I have probably an irrational anxiety level of having to aarange and manage household maintenance projects and it is so good to know I have a reliable company like this to call on.

The price was very reasonable plus, Jeremy the Tech, was extremely professional. He explained everything very well and you tell he cared. I would use them again. Coming off a reference now we know why.

Their Customer Service is Phenomenal! You can tell that they care about their Customers. Jim & Kurt arrived on time, they were courteous & efficient. They had the issue with my dryer fixed in no time. And they noticed we had another issue with our washer that we forgot to mention. They fixed that too. Reasonable rates and honest. Thanks again.

It's been a few years since I've hired them, but every tech that's ever come to the house has been great. They're personable, helpful, realistic, efficient, and certainly capable.
