Absolutely terrible experience with AFGO Mechanical Services. From start to finish, this company was a complete disappointment. The customer service representative was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about resolving the issue. Trying to get basic information felt like pulling teeth. The technician they sent out was even worse completely unprepared and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He couldn’t properly diagnose the problem, gave vague answers, and offered no real solution. It honestly felt like a waste of time and money

Just Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend

I was very pleased with the reposnse time and the tech was very knowledgeable of my units. He was thorough and explained the problem and how to resolve it. This is now my new service company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has Mitsubishi Citi Multi units or any carrier units.

Very fast turnaround on getting a tech to repair our office air conditioner even during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Worked with their rep Victoria who was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails.
