Of course our central air conditioning system decided to quit during what feels like the hottest week ever! I had heard great things about AFM Climate Works and decided to give them a call. The owner of the company, Adam, answered the call and showed up when he said he was going to! Based in Millbrook, he came all the way out to Stormville. He shared that his services all of Dutchess County. My husband and I were so pleased with his knowledge of our system and truly couldn’t have had a more exceptional experience. He replaced our fried capacitor, spruced up the unit and was on his way! We now feel like we have an HVAC company we can rely on when our next HVAC need arises. We highly recommend, Adam and the awesome team at AFM Climate Works!!

Foord and his crew did a great job at our home. They installed a new furnace and new central air! Gave good advice based upon our needs. Arrived at the time promised. One day I could not be there for this project, I felt totally comfortable leaving my home open to Foord and his crew. Honest. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Answered my "silly" questions with kindness. We were having an issue with our furnace shutting off EVERY NIGHT, when it was like 20 degrees out, so our house was freezing by the time morning came. We have a new baby and was very worried having it get so cold. Foord came as soon as he could to help us out and fixed our furnace immediately! It sounds amazing now ( it used to be crazy loud and scared the hell out of me) and works perfectly. Thank you so much! I highly recommend him.

Prompt courteous service and very knowledgeable about the trade. Does the job to completion and cleans up after the job is done. I would definitely recommend them again for any HVAC project. AFM Climate Works is the best!

Foord and his team are amazingly prompt and professional. Businesses these days no longer operate or stand by their work the way he does. My boiler was cracked leaking and needed to be replaced. For whatever reason the home's previous owners had an electric water heater connected to run off the boiler, so they sorted that out for me as well. They were in and out in 3 days and even left my basement cleaner than it was! On top of that just yesterday I woke up to the heat not working in one side of the house. I sent Foord a text at 9:30a.m.; he was at my house by 10:30a.m. It was the zone valve (faulty parts happen not a reflection of his work at all). He even went and got space heaters to make sure the pipes and house stayed warm enough.
