AFM Heating & Cooling

I keep coming back to this company because the service is always top tier. I called on a Sunday evening (after 6pm) because my furnace was not pushing hot air, the temps were in the single digits outside with snow still coming down-my house was freezing! They had a tech out in about an hour, he diagnosed the issue quickly, with the repair being completed early the next day(they needed to get a specific part). The techs were fast, friendly and the repair didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ll keep coming back to AFM Heating & Cooling because I’m always treated fairly and with respect.

Woke up to a broken furnace on a Sunday. They sent out a technician within an hour of me calling. The technician did not have the part on him, so another technician went to the office and returned back to my house later that Sunday. Replaced part quickly and effectively. Reasonable price, especially for a Sunday call.

Our furnace stopped working and AFM sent someone out within a couple of hours to troubleshoot. The temporary fix was able to get us from Saturday to Tuesday with heat.

Jeff was incredible—he came out within the hour and had my grandmother’s furnace fixed in about 30 minutes. With it being 8°F outside, he was literally a lifesaver. We’re switching from Colonial Heating & Cooling to AFM Heating & Cooling. Outstanding customer service and lightning-fast 24-hour response. Thank you, Jeff!

Outstandingly EXCELLENT experience with AFM Heating & Cooling! I was in a panic over the weekend when my furnace malfunctioned: and with the exception of AFM, no other furnace company was open or available to help me on a Saturday afternoon. It was AFM that immediately came to my rescue. The technicians were knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional, courteous, and friendly. AFM resolved our issue completely; and by the way, "AI" doesn't answer the phone. If you need service right away and at a fair price, call AFM!
