AFS Flooring LLC

My major issues with AFS Flooring is that they aren't very punctual. Most contractors show up around 8:00 am or so. AFS Flooring was always 10:00 am or later and wanted to stay on-site later. That's my family time, but I let them stay in hopes of getting the job done quicker. They weren't as careful as most contractors I've dealt with. If you have a large job I would not recommend AFS FLOORING LLC! From what I can tell they only have the owner and his one helper.

This company makes excuses for their poor service and installation. I chose a product from the companies selection. Some how that voided my warranty. The carpet was not Iinstalled correctly and wrinkled with in 3 years. The lamenent flooring was damaged from unprofessional installation. However the company blames me the customer for choosing one of the products they had for sale.

I know the owner and they are great people, great professionals, and great service. I had them come out and do some work for me, and I tell you, they are definitely a great company that will get your home floors and carpet right.

This company does subpar work. The owner-nice enough but cannot handle a large job and does not respond in a timely manner. Avoids messages. He has a small crew who is sloppy and who doesn’t pay attention to details. I regret trusting this company in my home- we are left with seams bulging through the carpet- the stain unevenly spread across the hardwood floors, and staples crookedly nailed down to the staircase runner. The work was beyond unprofessionally done. We will need another contractor to come in and clean up their mess. Avoid them at all cost. If I could have given a 0 stars- I would have-we paid them a lot of money!!
