Mr.Kendrick is very reliable and dependable. He saved me and my family for this up and coming summer. He was very knowledgeable and committed to getting us out of the heat. In New Orleans our heat starts early. When May 1st came it was super hot and my AC wasn’t blowing cool. After five installed a new ac unit and I am beyond pleased with the service. My ac unit works great and the customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend After Five to my family and friends!

Mr. Kendrick does not finish your work. Do not trust him or the work he does to your A/C units. He uninstalled my A/C unit and never returned to my home to finish the work I am very disappointed in him. for not returning. He never answered his phone. My unit is now apart from his neglect . I need someone to finish installing my motor fan.i will speak to someone about his poor quality work
