Three trips out and they still couldn't diagnose the problem with my furnace. 5 days without heat. Called another company and they had it up and running in less than an hour. Update: he couldn’t fix my furnace. He kept me waiting all day and finally showed up after 9 p.m. He never fixed anything and thinks he did me a favor by only charging me $80 without actually fixing anything. Totally incompetent and dishonest in my opinion.

They came out the same day I booked the appt thru Sears even though they were on the far opposite side of town and it was already night when they arrived. In less than an hour they had the heat on again and told me why it wasnt working and what to do next. Allen was nice on the phone and IRL
