I’ve been using A&G for over a decade, and their skilled technicians always go above and beyond when servicing my units. Their office staff is knowledgeable, and they quickly respond when I have inquiries. I have (also) had to call after hours, and their quick response to my needs was next level, and we all need that when dealing with the heat in South Louisiana. The entire team provides five-star service and their prices are fair.

Had to have been the worst customer service possible! All I needed was my copper lines repaired, vacuumed and charged. My condenser unit (outside unit) was already fully charged. They sent a tech out to evaluate the job and never heard a peep from them. 2 weeks passes, I called to inquire about the estimate and ETA and they were clueless. Spoke to another employee and they simply said, "They were too busy to help me." Needless to say, I contacted another company, the job was taken care of in less than 3 hours and I was up and running. No thanks to A&G Refrigeration.... I'll never call on them again and don't suggest anyone else do. All they're interested in is doing complete installations and not service... Greedy Company!!! Only interested in money, not customer service...

I needed a new motor for my A/C. A tech was sent to my house the very next day to diagnose the problem. I was told the part would be in the next day. It was almost the close of business day and I hadn't heard anything. I called and was told they did not receive the part. Although they cannot control when they receive items needed, a phone call with an update would have gone a long way especially since I was told it would be in the next day. However, they did contact the sender of the part multiple times on my behalf. It took them no time to replace the motor. Every one was very nice and I'd definitely do business with them again!!

Phil was an excellent professional representative for A&G. He worked with me to make sure I got the right HVAC system at a reasonable price. He was on top of everything from sale to installation to follow-up satisfaction. I would highly recommend A&G.

Top notch service. My A/C was giving me issues, so I called A&G to come inspect it. After discussing with the tech on options, I decided to replace the entire unit. Within 48 hours I had a new, professionally installed Carrier A/C. Big thanks to Ryan and the entire A&G team for the work. I wouldn't go with anyone else.
