Let me start by saying that with the exception of an issue with the sealant around the edges of the countertop, the countertops went in really nicely despite the countertops not being installed as originally discussed and having to have an alternative contractor step into address the issue with the sealant. The issue I had with this company was the lack of communication or things communicated then never completed via the main person you interact with by the name of Michaela. If not for Alyssa who works in the same office being involved to facilitate issues, I think the whole experience would have been much worse than it actually turned out to be.
