We hired Agility Van Lines to help us move from northwest PA to NC. We were impressed from the first contact to the final delivery. We initially spoke with the owner, Shane and had a quote by that evening. His crew arrived at the time estimated and got to work packing the truck immediately. Foreman Daniel along with Elie and Marcus had the entirety of our belongings packed safely within hours. Their arrival at our new home occurred exactly when they said it would. Daniel, Elie and new crew member Tyquan unpacked the truck in a safe and swift manner. This crew from Agility worked tirelessly and never wasted time. Not only were they great workers, they were also extremely personable and polite. If we could give them 10 stars, we would certainly do so!

Military moves and job changes have moved our family multiple times in 33 years of marriage. We have used various moving companies over the years and have had different experiences with those movers...good and bad. We are so glad we chose Agility Van Lines for our latest relocation this past week. Our moving team provided the best moving experience we have ever had! Steven and Kendall worked very well together and handled our household items carefully, as if they were their own belongings. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent interstate move from Baltimore to Atlanta. I initially received a phone quote based on the description of my two-bedroom apartment and two storage units. However, upon arrival, it became clear that the original quote covered only loading and transportation rather than a full pack and move. Because my lease was ending, I agreed to a revised price to have my belongings packed and moved immediately. I want to specifically commend Gayle and Jean for their exceptional service. They were professional, patient, and handled my items with great care. Steven, Kendell, Devon were the greatest crew. They were efficient, good at their job and I found them to be kind and caring. They took care with all my glass and fragile items. There was great communication to tell me when they were coming and how long it would take. The delivery was timely and they unloaded everything exactly where I needed it to be, being careful to make sure everything got plugged in and connected. I hope I never have to move again, lol, but if I do I would definitely use Agility Van Lines and I would ask to have this same crew. Thanks guys so much!!!

Overall, excellent experience! From the very beginning talking to Shane to get my move booked, to working with Denise for all the coordination/logistics, and finally to Billy Jean and Jahfari actually handling the packing, loading, delivery, and unloading, everything went great! Thanks again Agility team! ***UPDATE*** So I'm finishing unpacking today and just felt the need to call something out. One of the boxes had the words "Thank you for your service" on it, so I immediately knew it had my grandfather's WWII memorial flag in it. I opened the box to find that the flag itself was probably wrapped up and protected better than any of my other belongings (all of which were wrapped/protected very well to begin with).
