From my first phone call to request a quote from AGP, Eddie was very responsive and helpful. He was able to come to my home within 2 hours to give me an estimate and he was able to schedule my appointment within 2 days since I had mentioned that cleaning the carpets was time-sensitive. The day of my appointment Eddie showed up in the first 15 minutes of my 2-hour window. He and his partner were polite and very efficient. When the job was finished Eddie took me on a walk-through to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. And it was not an easy job, due to the multiple pets in my household. I have used AGP to clean my office carpet for many years. Eddie is honest, professional, dependable and very affordable. I’ve always been satisfied. But today I learned that Eddie is a magician! He got out difficult oil stains that were on my light-colored carpet. I am still shocked that he did such a great job since I was sure that the carpet would have to be replaced.
