They explained our options clearly, didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and got us scheduled quickly. On the day of the install, the technicians showed up right on time, were really professional, and respectful of our home. The temperatures outside were well below zero and the heat exchanger in my tankless hot water heater froze and ruptured (this was on a Sunday). The model I had was a Bosch GWH 635 ES, and aside from the rather dramatic failure I had always found this model to be terrible... it was maintenance prone, difficult to service and the activation threshold was high (so I had to take scalding showers). I contacted AGS Services and was able to get them to come in and replace my unit with a Rinnai RL75 in just a couple days. I was especially grateful for the quick service since (according to the news) most plumbers have been flat out with no heat calls and ruptured pipes due to the extremely cold temperatures. We own a cabin in Antrim. AGS has been instrumental in keeping that cabin working. They have helped in is many way related to seasonal opening and closing, offered great advice, and helped us with systems aside from HVAC. The office answers the phone (a miracle today), and the Techs, usually Jason, are all highly skilled, and very upbeat. When I told Jason about a looming issue by cell phone, he said, "I'm on my way and I'm gonna make it work. Don't worry." Over many visits AGS has ALWAYS been on time, and the tech calls when he is on the way. Without exception, the price is always fair and well worth every penny.
