Denise Johns / Agua Dulce was attentive, creative, communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process of designing our backyard, back slope, and front yard landscaping. Denise had an unmatched ability to consider our ideas, balanced with offering ideas we had not thought of ourselves. We met with 2 other landscape firms (and called yet another,) and we are very glad we went with Denise. It has been a year and a half since the installation, and the yards and slope have filled in as we hoped. We even have had people taking pictures from the sidewalk with inspiration for their own yards!

I engaged Denise and Agua Dulce Gardens shortly after I purchased this property. I had remodeled the inside of the house but the gardens were sorely lacking. Denise took the time to get to know me first, my interests and likes and dislikes with respect to landscaping. From there she presented a vision that was not only visually appealing but also addressed my desire to participate in gardening in future ( a pastime in which I had expressed an interest). Denise recruited, vetted and recommended 3 excellent landscapers for installation. I had no experience in such things so it was a relief that she was so competent and meticulous in this aspect of the project. Everything went smoothly and on time and budget. The results were spectacular. I’ve received nothing but positive comments
