Emilio Agulera Sanchez is reliable, professional and delivers what he promises. He has replaced rotted wood on my deck, chimney and roof, painted inside and outside my house, cut my trees and installed a faucet and shower bar in my shower. Emilio Sanchez transformed a house we purchased 5 years ago into our own home. He completely painted the inside of our home before we moved in- including removing popcorn ceilings and electrical fixtures. He spent a day perfectly measuring all of our wall hangings and pictures. In 2021 Emilio transformed our outdated kitchen, by painting all cabinets. He also fixed our deck and redid our garage with shelving and a garage flooring system. Emilio is professional, polite, efficient and he comes on the day scheduled. He always says that he wants my husband and I to be satisfied with his work- and we have been over the last few years.

Emilio and Hector did an excellent job repairing, refinishing and repainting a water damaged ceiling in my guest bedroom. They were very conscientious about protecting all the furnishings from any damage. Everything was cleaned up and returned to its original condition prior to their departure.
