Randy and team did an amazing job with the floor in my garage. They made sure I knew what kind of product I was getting and the advantages of using the materials they did. Their crew all stayed on task, were available if I had questions or concerns and most importantly in the end delivered an awesome floor that looks great and was finished the correct way with proper materials. After getting concrete floor coating estimates from three major companies and two independents I was at a stalemate on which company to choose. Prices varied but not significantly enough to make a difference. The main consideration for me was the floor coating process the company used. The bigger companies use the same method including the one who does high priced, frequent TV commercials. Just got my nasty garage floor completed by AI Coatings and It Looks Absolutely Fantastic!!. I had a moisture issue which needed to be addressed prior to installation of the new floor. Randy used a marine grade moisture barrier (two coats) which will prevent any water from wicking up through the slab and damaging the new floor. None of the other companies I obtained quotes from were able or willing to do this. They all told me I needed to have the water issue addressed first before they would install the new floor. Randy came over and said, "no problem, we'll take care of it for you, just make sure to have the coffee ready". Needless to say, that sealed the deal for me. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Check out the after pics and you be the judge. What the pictures do not show is the mass quantity of dust; so much dust that within two months our AC filters were clogged and our electric bill jumped $15-$20/month. We supposedly got polished floors with sealant but you couldn’t tell it. Spent over $10k and four months later we just spent another $14k to have laminate put over it.

AIC did a wonderful job with the epoxy coating of my garage floor. Randy and his crew were always on time and did exactly what they said they would do.
