As a frequent customer (Property Managenent), I am always confident that our residents will be well served. They arrive quickly, assess the situation and help me plan and execute the appropriate remediation for mold, water or fire damage. Detailed communication, including photos and itemized invoices are a bonus!

We had a major pipe break during Christmas season. I called A&I first, and they left their Christmas party to come take care of our disaster. We will definitely use them again!

Myself and family would like to take a moment out of our day to recognize, Ryan Lear. From the time he introduced himself we knew he cared. He went over and above in helping us with our situation. Unfortunately, anymore it is so hard to find good communication skills with anyone that is looking for issues that is so very important to us. Not for Ryan. He listened ,answered every question to our understanding and took extreme care in his walk through to help locate where are issues were coming from. All I can say is any customer who gets Ryan, be rest assured you have the right person on the job. Geez, the way this review went originally didn’t let me speak. I’m not so interested in stars but customer service and I can honestly say I have NEVER had a better provider when I was in crisis. When I say crisis, my brand new construction home had a crappy installer of my very expensive refrigerator and he cut both water tubings to the water dispenser when he cut it out of the box. This by a GE monogram provider. So water leaked and leaked into my new house and down to the garage level . I finally saw there was an issue and GE did finally help but only with correction of that issue. A&I fire and water restoration came to our rescue and Chad E. was just incredibly efficient and just so nice kind.
