A&I Fire and Water Restoration

Our home builder put our hot water heater in our attic and several months ago it “erupted” in the middle of the night. Water poured into our master bedroom closets, hallway and living room. A&I was recommended to us for the restoration. In our first meeting with Wayne Dearstine we knew we were in good hands, but their entire team was wonderful. The last several weeks our project manager was Dakota and we can’t say enough kind words about him. He was on top of his aspect of the repair (painting and flooring) from day one, communicated almost daily with us and was genuinely concerned that we were satisfied when all was done. We truly needed help navigating this situation and have to say A&I was there for us every step of the way.

Claudio and Bri were very professional, arrived 10 minutes early, and responsive. They installed fans in the crawlspace, removed water damaged tiles and baseboards, and installed dehumidifiers. All services were completed in 90 minutes. Wayne, the supervisor, stopped by to complete measurements for future repairs. Over-all, they were an excellent team. Janie C.M

When we had a Leak inside our kitchen island our plumber suggested A&I and we're glad he did. Wayne and his mitigation team ( Brianna and Troy ) were there asap and remediated the mold and water damage quickly. Then on to the Insurance claim which Ryan handled completely and got us ALL the money we were owed which they were trying to low ball us on. Then the project manager Brooks and his team got the contractors in quickly and the job was completed in under 3 days once the materials arrived ( complete replacement of flooring for the entire house, painting baseboards and repair of kitchen Island as well). Mold remediation after a plumbing leak. Claudio arrived the day after I called. Assessed the damage and installed equipment. Knowledgeable and professional. Took care to not cause damage to our house. Checked daily and removed equipment when the wood had dried out.
