At least twice a week after yoga at Costa dEste, several of us walk to Cravings for coffee. We have noticed and often commented on the great looking planters that you all have created. We have also noticed how hard the young men work on keeping those planters in tip top shape. Thanks you and your staff for all you do. Worked with a lot of landscape companies and this should be a “0”. Lack of professionalism, lack of timely communication, and still waiting almost 2 years after installation for them to make things right. They want to upsell you costly landscape materials but fail to plant and maintain them properly. Estate home owners and HOA managed both should not waste their time.

Designer came to our house, told us he’d have a design for us in 2 weeks or more since he was so busy. Would drop off a catalog for us to pick out materials. We gave him 4 weeks. Nothing. Called three times, no callback. I understand being busy but don’t tell your customers you’ll do the job for them, then ghost them. Totally unprofessional and set us back 4 weeks.
