My wife and I moved to upstate NY in 2004 to renovate an 1800s farm house. Being a do-it-yourselfer I wanted to install my own under floor radiant heating system and found AIM online. The system, the people and the company are all solid gold. The rig is elegant and was straightforward to install. They were there every step of the way to help with questions and I upgraded my boiler with them in 2020. Look no further if you want a reliable and excellent boiler-in-a-box.
From the very beginning, when we first started looking into radiant heating for our new build, Lars Anderson and AIM Radiant Heating have been right there to answer questions and offer support. Communication with this company is beyond all expectations: days, nights, weekends, holidays, and when they are on vacation. They ALWAYS get back to us right away. We are DIYers and Lars walked us through installation of the boiler in a box and floor tubing. We live on the side of a mountain in the Sierra Nevadas and the weather can be quite extreme with wind and cold. We are nice and toasty in our house thanks to the new system! Thanks to Lars and his team for a job well done!! We highly recommend them and their product .
