Despite using this Company for routine service for 7 years and buying two new systems from them, they refused to transfer a prepaid service contract from a house I sold to another house I bought in the same area. A completely idiotic decision on their part, as I will no longer use them. I highly recommend finding another firm that has loyalty to its long term customers.

Alex came by and gave me a quote at a very fair price. The job was done very fast and correctly. This company did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

On May 26th, 2020, our AC stopped working. I contacted a major AC service company in our area, and they came out to assess it. They told me I needed a completely new system for $9,567. My son urged me to call Air America for a second opinion. I argued with him, saying it's hot, and I need a new AC system right away and couldn't wait. Eventually, I agreed and called Air America. They arrived quickly and said I only needed a new blower motor, which they installed for $562.78. I figured time would tell if that was really all I needed. Nearly six years later, my AC has been working perfectly! Air America saved me nearly $10,000!

Called American Air for a second opinion as I had been told my 8 yr old AC was shot. American Air got me in next day, Joey did a check of my system to find something simple was the problem, not the compressor as I had been told by another company just the day before! He eplaced the part within minutes and saved me thousands of dollars. Joey was on time, polite, showed me the things he did and what he found. Very efficient. I will be calling them first next time I need anything! Thank you.
