HAD Raul come out for a quote. Walked thru home...discussed options. Told him let's get it done. Never sent quote...lied several times about sending quote. Made me lose a week and another good quote pushed my project back because of his lack of professionalism. If you have to lie about a simple quote...you'll lie about anything. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

I personally called one of their employees, Raul. He has been servicing my AC for several years. With this company and Raul as their representative I trust that he is giving me the best details for my repairs. And their charges are very competitive. Raul Did the work with a high level of professionalism and integrity. I will always call them and request his service. It’s good to have someone in your home doing repair work for you, especially when you’re a woman, that you can trust treat you fairly. Thank you.

Raul and his team is the best. The price for their AC/Heating installation was very reasonable. The quality of service they provide is better than I could have hoped for. They focused on doing the job right and not nickle and dime for unexpected expenses that comes up. Really much appreciate the details that was put into the job. Raul is hands-down the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I’ve ever met and will be the only company I call for any HVAC issues. I have called him multiple times for HVAC issues and he always: 1. Responds very promptly (usually answers on first call, or will text if busy) 2. Can get there same or next day (and will prioritize if its an emergency) 3. Most competitive price on everything from maintenance to more complicated work 4. Is a pleasure to work with because he isn’t trying to sell you anything and very trustworthy so you know it's a fair price. Just this past week he saved me ~$9,000 on my HVAC system as other companies were telling me I needed to replace my entire system - but they could not explain what was causing the issue. Raul was called on Saturday to repair my AC . He was willing to come the same day but we agreed that Sunday morning was good. He repaired my air conditioning in a very timely manner. His service very efficient, reasonably priced and he's very trustworthy and honest. Honesty is very important. He's the top of my list always. I referred him to my daughter.
