Air and Cruise Parking

I’m having to write this review for their Fort Lauderdale Rightway Parking location, which does not have a local presence online or on Google maps. Unfortunately, for my first time, it didn’t go very well. When we returned from our trip, we texted 15 minutes before we got to baggage claim (right when the plane) and then called them as we got to baggage claim. It took them almost an hour and a half to come pick us up from the time of the original text message. Just used for Port Everglades. Bad experience. To start, the gps address they told you to use was very wrong. Had to call and eventually got through and they gave directions to their dirt lot. After the trip we were told to get our luggage go outside and call, they’d be there in 15 minutes. It didn’t happen that way, I called and was told 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes I remembered that the van that dropped us off did not have any markings so I called back to ask how would I recognize their van. They said it would be marked with FFL or something like that…. Not even their name. I asked if the driver left yet and was told it would be 25-30 minutes.
