They arrived within an hour of contacting them at around 5pm on a Saturday. They replaced a bad compressor fan, cleaned the coil, leak check and charged with 2lbs of freon in approximately 1 hour. 20 year old Rheem unit working as should now. All 3 individuals were polite and professional. Well done!!

Sorry, he takes advantage of people, even people who have spent $20,000 over the last 2 years with him. I'm always surprised with additional work and a higher price than quoted or work that his guys decide to do without asking me if it's ok. I requested that he check a 2 year old unit because the unit and fan would not cut on and his guys leave me with a $420 cleaning bill for my 2 a/c units. The only problem I had was my pan needed to drain. This should have been a quick cheap fix but he took advantage of me and told his guys to do an entire cleaning that I had not requested or approved.

This company was hired by my warranty company to come and fix my air. Their appointment time was set between 3 and 8 pm. They arrived around noon. They did not call to say they would be arriving earlier than said time, they just showed up. Luckily someone was home. The guy went into my attic and then came back down and said "Oh, I can't fix that! Somebody messed with that. You need to call them. I'm not doing it!" He never attempted to diagnose the problem. He did absolutely nothing! He was real unprofessional and ghetto. He was more worried about whether or not he could use my phone number for personal reasons than whether or not he could repair my a/c!

His employee Travis was very helpful. The owner of the company was a total JERK. My wife has delt with this man in the past, just found out he has been ripping her off ince she first contacted him. His professional atitude is ghetto and the most unprofessional I've ever seen. Wish I could give a negative star. Please don't contact this dude for any A/C work.

This company is ran by someone with no little to no ethics or honesty. Marvin sent someone to my house to provide a service that was supposed to be done by his son. He assured me he would not cash the check, but he indeed did. I've called his company for 2 weeks straight, and all I can do is leave a message, and no one calls back. This is called STEALING!
