Air Around Clock AC & Appliance

I never leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said about Air Around the Clock. I was charged $225 for an after hours diagnosis and told by Jared that my compressor needed to be replaced for $2,000, and even advised to replace the entire unit. The next day, I got a second opinion from a Friends Tech, it was just a bad capacitor. The repair took 10 minutes and cost $150. AC works perfectly now. What could have cost me thousands was actually a simple fix. Stay away from these scammers and always get a second opinion. I wish I had the option to not leave a star at all.

The tech's have all been nice and have done the best they could. But my brand new unit did not pass inspection, the inspector told us " water does run up hill, they sent out a tech, he said he fixed the problem, but just two weeks later the brand new AC stopped working in the middle of the night.... Why? It was full of water.... Because we all know water can't run uphill. The tech they sent to fix the unit this time, told us he angled the pan and took the pipe out and reinstalled it in the correct direction. Although I have been happy with the people, on the phone and in person.... I don't think they are trained and/or qualified to do their job....

Had a brand new unit put in a couple years ago. Last month AC stopped blowing cold air. Someone came out and fixed it. We ended up paying for the repair and purchased a service insurance through Air Around the Click for future repairs. Last night the AC stopped blowing cold again. I called this morning and they are now charging me for someone to come out to look at the problem. This makes no sense to me. They only care about making money and not doing the right thing.

Very great experience with air around the clock. Had a very respectful tech. Raffeal Keys figured out the problem and got my system back up and running. He gave me good tips on indoor air quality.Great guy. If anything goes wrong with my system,I'll appreciate if you send Mr.Raffeal Keys AGAIN. Thanks

I called in for a service call, since my a/c was leaking. Nathan came out and preformed service my a/c and advice me that i need new A/C which i already knew. In the past 2 days I’ve call him 5 times with question and he has answer every single call, not like the so call salesman. No followup. If you want someone who is Professional, Responsive, knowledgeable, Nathan is your Tech / Salesman, hand down. You are not just a sales, customer for life. He is one the reason that i choose your company, beside the fact that you guys been servicing my A/C since i brought my unit 9 years ago. Highly recommend Nathan
