I just want to give huge thanks to this company and all involved, Leo, Leandro and Jose the technician for helping me last minute with a test and balance for my dental office. When everyone else had bailed (3 other companies)or tried taking advantage of the situation, this company came through at a fair price. Sometimes good relationships can't be found unless one has a problem. My A/C was only blowing air and no coolant. My tenant was not having it. Summer in Miami with no A/C is basically a health hazard. Out of all of the calls made in the Downtown to Kendall perimeter - Air Balance & Diagnostic was the only ones who talked like they wanted the job and they wanted my tenant to sleep comfortably. Mayra and the tech Jose indicated the 3 issues to be fixed. Quick & direct. I am used to A/C tech people trying to sell you a whole new unit.
