Roy was simply amazing. I mean next level service. He quoted me a price - I triple checked and it was a very fair price to remove my old water heater and put in this new Navien tankless. It was noon. He said that he might be able to get it done that day. He stayed until 10pm and stayed true to his word. He ran into more issues than he anticipated when quoted me and he stayed true to his quote even though he put in much more labor than was estimated. I will recommend him for life.

Ron just left my house. He has been working on my AC units. This young gentleman can fix anything I have called multiple companies and four other companies came costing me a lot of money and no one was able to troubleshoot my system. They were trying to offer me a new system, but unfortunately I cannot afford a new system, I called air care and Ron showed up and he managed to troubleshoot my system within 15 minutes.

The technician didn’t explain anything and worked so fast I couldn’t even ask questions. He changed a fuse and said it was fixed. Later that night the AC stopped cooling again. I called the office and they said I’d need to book a new appointment and pay another fee. No accountability, no follow up and no real solution to the problem.
