When you’re doing a complete system overhaul in a 102-year-old house, there are inevitably some things that need fine-tuning, and they’ve handled everything promptly and professionally. Extremely honest and professional company. Before calling Air Carolina’s, we were dealing with Morris Jenkins. Our AC had stopped working, and Morris told us we needed to replace the entire unit for $17,000and that didn’t even include the furnace. Worse, it was for a lower-grade system. We called Air Carolina’s for a second opinion, and they came out the same day. Right away, they told us we didn’t need a full replacement at all Morris was simply being dishonest. The techs from Air Carolina’s spent over 30 minutes trying to get our unit running temporarily. Even though it didn’t work, the effort and transparency were deeply appreciated. Air Carolinas LLC, did an amazing job!!! They were highly recommended by my handyman. The owner, Israel, came to my house the very next day to test the unit, and was honest about his findings. He provided multiple options but never pressured me to make a decision. With Labor Day approaching, he offered us portable loaner air conditioners for the long holiday weekend. They not only installed and relocated my new hvac system to the opposite side of my house on an incline, but they installed a drop-down aluminum ladder as well. A few days later, they delivered a year's supply of air filters. I was truly blessed by their professionalism, precision, customer service, and quality. Who knew you could fall in love with your Nest app for your hvac!! I would definitely recommend Air Carolinas LLC

Let me tell you I have had several rental properties over the years and I have never worked with a better company!! Israel Was fair and honest and did an amazing job! Without trying to upsell!! Would recommend to anybody, friends or family!!

Absolutely great service and great quality equipment. A huge THANK YOU to Isreal and his crew. You saved us this weekend. A hot water heater and HVAC emergency all in 48 hours and you guys did it!! Every other company said the next available date to come and look would be over a week!! I cannot thank you guys enough for all the hard work on no notice at all!
