Mike has been out to my place multiple times for a chronic AC issue. Replaced a faulty outdoor unit and that followed with several days of problems unrelated to the new unit. Mike came out as quick as possible and handled each issue until he finally resolved the problem.....even then he told me to keep him posted. He was always leaving me updates each visit. Just let me say he went above and beyond every time to make sure things were fixed. Incredible service before and after the sale

I was getting my daughter and myself ready at 7:00 am and the ceiling in our hall collapsed. It was fairly traumatic because my 3 year old was very close to it when it came tumbling down with lots of insulation. Not even realizing the time, I called Air Chandler and they were able to immediately come over to help. I am currently in a orthopedic boot so I couldn't do much very easily and they helped me clean up the mess while diagnosing the issue. They will be coming back with a new drain pan to finish the repair later. The guys were truly lifesavers this morning, when I was home alone with my toddler and torn ligament feeling VERY overwhelmed. THANKS AIR CHANDLER!!

I had them install my AC unit about 2 years ago. I had an issue that was completely my fault and Mr. Chandler came out himself. Figured it out in less than a minute and had it fixed in 2 minutes. I am not convenient to get to and he didn't charge me for the visit. I am a customer for life and texting my whole family that this is the place to go. Thank you for getting me out of my own bind. The best!!!!

The realtor who helped us buy the house gave recommendations for several services: general contractor, painter, a/c, etc.. Chandler turned out to only slightly better than the rest of the duds. He is confrontational and argumentative, and apparently doesn’t know how to operate garage doors. They replaced a capacitor WITHOUT confirming price first, then when said capacitor failed a few weeks later, we had to use someone else since he couldn’t figure out how to open a garage door. Will not refund us. After reading other reviews (should have done this first!), we won’t be using them again.

We had Air Chandler come and give us an estimate. We accepted. It’s now been almost a year, and though we understand they are busy, our multiple requests have been ignored though we simply requested to be kept in the system until time permitted for them to come out and do a duct replacement! Finally informed that “they would PASS on the job though we were willing to wait on their availability to do the job! Found the responding rep to be curt and non responsive on more than one occasion when we were just trying to find out if we’re still in the system! Very disappointing follow-up and service! First impressions were very deceiving! Perhaps our acceptance of the contract offer was null and void just like their follow up to the agreement! Very disappointing, but perhaps it’s jus
