I found this furnace maintenance service through a Google search and had a great experience. I contacted them in the morning, and Matt reached out shortly after and was able to schedule a same-day visit. The furnace at my rental property stopped blowing hot air after about 10 minutes, and I suspected a dirty flame sensor or air filter. Matt called me as soon as he inspected it and confirmed it was simply a dirty air filter. Because the fix was so simple, he didn’t charge anything beyond the standard service fee. Very prompt, friendly, and honest service. They are now my go-to furnace/HVAC maintenance and repair company for my rental properties.

Jared came out on a Saturday last month on time and courteous to help with a heating issue that’s been ongoing since last year. Was told before settlement during the inspection that a part needed to be replaced, Jared figured out that nah, the heating sensor needed to be cleaned 🤣. As soon as he was done the heat kicked on like normal for the first time since the house was bought. Just in time for this cold weather! Priced fairly considering the weekend appt and maintenance work provided. Would recommend!
