Air Clinic

I hired this company on March 3, 2025, and paid $3,000 to repair my HVAC system. They replaced the indoor air handler but left the existing outdoor condenser and original TXV in place. The system was represented as properly repaired under warranty. After approximately eight months, the system failed. When the company returned on November 17, 2025, I was told in writing that the entire system must be replaced per EPA guidelines. I then hired a separate licensed HVAC contractor on November 25, 2025, who found a mechanically locked compressor and suspected refrigerant contamination and advised that the system had been improperly repaired and now requires full replacement. Joaquin from Air Clinic came to maintenance our Air/heat unit. Joaquin was very professional & knowledgeable. We appreciate that he provided pictures of areas of concern that could become serious issues if not addressed. He explained about the annual maintenance agreement which we felt was beneficial for us. From what I can see so far the guys did a excellent job. My wife came in today and turned the AC on and the house cooled down 100% faster than before with the new filteration system we had installed. With all the vents in the ceilings being sealed and repaired.

I cannot recommend Air Clinic enough! They came to my house the day I called and arrived promptly. Jose did an excellent job! He not only took photos of the issue to show me but he also showed me everything he did to fix the issue and showed me it was resolved. He was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Their pricing was excellent as well. I have tried many AC companies and I have finally found one I can trust! Thank you!
