I called Air Comfort over the long holiday weekend. Told them it wasn't an emergency I'd call them back on Monday morning. Before I had a chance to call they had already reached out to me. I met Daniel the tech at my residence between 10:30 - 11 am. He diagnosed I had a leaking evaporator coil. He checked if the unit was under warranty which it was and said they had one in stock. He replaced the faulty part and a few others still under warranty and got me up and running before 5pm. Thank you Daniel and thank you Air Comfort. I'll see ya soon at Bay Plaza sometime soon I'm sure. Great customer service.

Person answering the phone was very helpful and friendly. Technician came out the following day. I had a few questions about the options presented to me. The owner called me and answered my questions. Threw in a wifi thermostat without charging more. Installation crew was friendly and respectful. They took the time to protect the floor. The installation went smoothly. Afterwards, I was shown how to operate and maintain the system. Competent professional outfit. Would recommend them highly to anybody

I have been using Air Comfort since January of 2014. I had my central air conditioning replaced at that time. I received a very good price on the unit and had good service from them for the life of the unit. Due to the harsh weather in Florida and the size of my home, i had to replace the unit in June 2024. i went back to Air Comfort without any hesitation. Air comfort was fair with their quote and made it a priority to get my air conditioner installed very promptly, as the Florida weather was taking it's tole on us. I have used other companies on rental properties and I always felt that they were trying to take advantage of me. If you find a good company, you hold on to them. This shows since I have been doing business with Air Comfort for over 20 years.

We had a new AC system installed yesterday and it was a great job. The two installers were able to complete a very difficult installation in one day, they were professional and left all work areas as clean as they were before they started. I would highly recommend Air Comfort Services for all phases of AC work!!

Chris and Scott did a great job in installing our new AC system. They were very efficient and finished by mid afternoon. We were back up and running with minimal disruption. The new unit is so efficient that we can even set the temperature higher because it cooled so well. Thank you Aur Comfort!
