Great service!!! I had a non op furnace on a Saturday afternoon a few days after the biggest snowstorm in a few years. I called around since some other local companies wanted around $300 for an emergency visit. Air Comfort was able to get a tech out to me within a half hour for a regular service visit fee. Chris was my HVAC tech and he was great. I explained what the system was doing and that I wasn’t really looking to replace my system yet, I was just hoping to get it running for the rest of the season. He got me up & running and educated me on what the error was. No one tried to push to sell me a new system, which I really appreciated. My furnace stopped working on Sunday. I got several quotes. I accepted this one not because it was the lowest but because it had a good price for what was being provided. I got a new two stage forced air furnace with an upgraded return. I did need to get an electrician as my wiring was not good.

I am beyond pleased with the service I've received from Air Comfort Technologies. I found them when seeking help on a ductless system issue and they were incredibly helpful in assisting me when the original installer ghosted on me. I then used them for a new boiler installation which happened 3 days before a huge snowstorm. They worked with me to ensure they were able to get the new boiler installed in advance of the storm, and checked in on me several times to be sure everything was working as expected through the very cold days (it was!) I am so grateful to Ann and Chris for their excellent work and great communication throughout this process. I highly recommend Air Comfort Technologies!
