Once again, very pleased to recommend Air Concepts for urgent help when needed. AC fan motor died at my 90 year-old relative's home in August heat. Air Concepts came within two hours, found the problem, repaired it same day. Thank you to Julie, Angel, and the rest of the AC team!

My experience with Air Concept was quite poor. While the inspection was fine (though some items of concern were not noted), getting them out at the scheduled time was very frustrating. We had to have our option extended due to their lack of communication and inability to honor agreed-upon times. I wanted to have a better experience but was, unfortunately, left disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, but we have relied on Air Concepts for a few different issues now, and every time they have gone far above and beyond our expectations. We have had some unique situations, but they have been able to solve each of them, and have done so efficiently and excellently. Their technicians are always friendly, and clearly know what they are doing. Couldn't recommend more strongly.

Owning a house cost money. I have had many companies at my house repairing and replacing through the years. When I knew I needed a new air conditioner I interviewed 3 companies. After talking to the owner of Air Concepts, I decided to go with them. The best price and others told me they’re an honest company. Still, when you are going to spend a large amount of money you just hope and pray you made the right decision. Air concept replace my entire unit in a day. They came back the next day to tweak, and make sure everything was ready for the upcoming hot summer. In the process of installing the equipment the ladder to my attic broke - 30 years old.
