Kevin came out within hours of our see service call during a cold snap. Very knowledgeable guy. Showed me how to use the digital thermostat correctly! Priceless! Highly recommend Air Conditioning Authority.

Called Kevin to look at options to satisfy a cooling issue, ended up installing a mini split because it made the most sense. The communications was great, during install, we hit a few obstacles but he was able to resolve and it ended up being perfect. The price was outstanding, because the customer did not have to pay for all that fancy overhead that other competitors have, one company had this neat AI answering service, but the price quote reflected that, why should I pay for their marketing tools. I would call Kevin again for any of my service or repair needs in the future

We woke up this morning to no AC. Had talked about calling Kevin Hinton if we ever needed our AC repaired.....Well we did and were not disappointed. Saw ad in our Highland Laker. Took 3 calls but service man Kevin was at our door within 10 minutes. Problem was diagnosed,explained to us and cost to repair given. He left, but returned shortly, replaced the blower engine, honored our newsletter coupon. I paid by check and received a paid in full receipt in my email. Kevin was polite, friendly and professional. Phone answering people were friendly and sympathetic to our need to cool our 86 degrees home on a 95 degree day. Glad I saw the ad and called.
