Air Conditioning by Commercial

AC had been running ok then one morning no cool. Had one tech come out, couldn’t fix the problem, said they needed to run a new wire to the thermostat but it was after 4pm. So they send a different tech the next morning. Suddenly the unit has NO Freon and the tech says replacing the part would be over $15k and another $1k to recharge the coolant. Tries to sell me a new system and they are great enough to get me on the schedule tomorrow. So I call another company, the tech says well you have no refrigerant because it looks like someone gashed the line (according to him, purposefully) and all the Freon ran out. He repaired it and refilled at a reasonable price. Don’t trust this company!! Unbelievable!!

If they aren't your first call then you're not doing a service to yourself. The team at AC by Commercial have helped out my business and family over and over again. Through headaches, installations and basic services they always are fast, efficient and reasonable. On the few occasions that something needs to be adjusted after a visit they are quick to get back to update whatever is needed. I can not recommend them enough and as long as they are in business they will always be who I call.

This company has been so good to us for over 8 years! Always on time, honest, and they do not add on any service or parts that are not needed. The owner Tim and KC as the office manager are really efficient. The techs are very educated in their field and talk highly of the business owner and that speaks volumes! It’s nice to know we have a company we can rely on for all of our Ac and heating needs! A+++ service and I highly recommend! Today they are headed over to check out a system at a home we put an offer in. I wouldn’t trust any other company to do this for us and to be so honest. Tim truly knows what customer service is and that is just huge in a successful business today.

Air conditioning by commercial is my go to company for commercial kitchen repairs at my restaurant. They have repaired fridges, ice machines, the A/C etc. I've called them back numerous times for new issues arising in my kitchen. Always prompt, always professional, always knowledgeable. They will tell you what's wrong and let you make the decision on whether to repair or replace. Being honest about what the costs are & if it's worth the trouble. I'll use them in the future as long as they perform their work well.

I can’t say enough about the crew here at Commercial. Everyone I have been in the phone with and that has come through my door, has been a pleasure to deal with. A big THANK YOU to Xavier for finding & fixing a sporadic issue with my compressor that has driven me nuts for way too long!! You have changed my life! And thank you Tim for having such a great team!
