Ramon & Abe are the best! Called ACE because our AC stopped working overnight & they sent Ramon the same day to check out our unit. Long story short, we knew we needed a new unit & they basically confirmed. The repair was nearly impossible to do, so the next day, so we pulled the trigger. We were able to get our new unit installed within a few hours & Abe, Ramon & Joe were all very professional. I felt very at easy. My husband & I are very happy.
