It hurts me to write this note but I must be honest. I have always used Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating either for service or for install. In my new build, they installed my new units in the attic. They did not run the vent piping to my roof and did not tell me. My roofer told me the vents were not installed. Jack’s quoted me they install all my vent piping, including vent-a-hood and dryer vent. When I called, they said the roof pitch was too high and that my plumber usually does that. Since my unit was completed, I have tried to call for a technician several times. Each time the woman tells me I only have one technician and will call you if I can get him to you this afternoon. Today, my unit is cycling on/off trying to heat my home. There is also a ticking noise on my other unit. I ha

What an outstanding company. Price friendly and Jacks has gone above and beyond several times for my elderly parents. Very trustworthy and highly skilled technicians with fantastic attitudes. I live 5 hrs from my parents and I also own a HVAC company in Houston. There was an issue with the warranty of the system, so after calling their office, the manager was so patient and wanting to help resolve the issues with the manufacturer, which they did. Only during the phone conversation did they know i was a owner in the trades, so the customer service my parents received over the last few years was super, and that is Jacks ac Is a 5 star performer every time.

Awesome company that stands on truth and excellent customer service. Previously was told by another company that I needed to replace the whole unit due to compressor being bad. When I called I told them I needed a fan motor and I knew that’s all I needed. Fast talk and pressure sales was a red flag for me. Had jacks come out and gave them no warning of what the problem was and sure enough, 7 minutes later the tech advised me I needed a fan motor. I asked had he checked the compressor and was told yes and it’s fine. So instead of spending $6,500 I spent just over $300. Always get a second and third estimate, ALWAYS! The tech, Michael, was very friendly and respectful as well as will go above and beyond. Jack’s will be my air conditioning service company from here forth.

I highly recommend this company. Very fast service on a weekend where the temperature was 105° and the heat index was around 115°. Our AC unit was purchased in 2020 and all the parts were still under warranty. A technician was sent out very quickly and fixed the issue within a few minutes. The labor cost was very reasonable, particularly for a weekend service. He explained what was wrong, fixed it, and looked at EVERYTHING else just to make sure all was good after we’d settled the bill. He could have jumped in his truck and took off but he took time to look at the coils, etc. and explain how to make sure everything keeps running for a long time and what to look for as an early sign that something may go wrong in the near future.
