Kevin and AJ did a first class job. They were on time and went right to work repairing our HVAC system. Within an hour they had us up and running again. Two well trained technicians with the proper high tech equipment made me glad I called ACS .
The company stayed in touch and kept me up to date on the tech's arrival.... and he was here promptly. The tech performed everything needed and made sure I was satisfied prior to departure. Much appreciated.
Again, ACS came to the rescue. Admittaby it is a vendor we originally went with them because of their reliability. Getting service at 10 am the next day with temps in the low 30’s is laudable. Getting the unit fixed the day after New Year’s qualified as a miracle. No need to have another vendor listed.
We didn’t pay anything; this was warranty work. The system was putting out 117.5 degree air when in AC mode. Robert was our technician and he went through the system with a fine toothed comb and discover some wires crossed by the installer. Our system works well now.
The crew is always on time. Delivered what they promised. They appears to be very knowledgeable. I don’t hesitate to give them five stars.
