My unit was coming on and blowing but not blowing heat. Dustin Harris was able to access my attic heating unit in a very cramped space and repair it, immediately heating my home, which was extremely important as inclement weather was coming in the next few days. Repair took 20 min tops. He was knowlegeable and advised me on possible unit replacement and cost in the next couple of yrs. I would use this company again for my heating and cooling needs.

I called on a Sunday and they could come out that day. The cost was disclosed up front for the visit (this allowed me to decide if worth the emergency visit). Service was promptly within time frame given. Technician was polite and explained each step in process. Fees for the work were given so I knew what I was going to pay. Overall, great service and price for emergency work.
