Used to be a loyal customer- will most definitely not recommend them to anyone nor use them any longer. We bought a brand new $10,000 unit 1 year and 7 months ago and warranty to cover 10 years. Our motor just broke and they want to charge us $2650 for parts and labor, even though we have a warranty! They won’t stand by their products and told me sorry it rains and it broke your motor and hung up on me.

Bought a 9k AC unit just over one year ago. Already needs a new motor! We got the warranty that covers parts for one year and labor for a year. They want $2600 for labor to replace the motor! I think this is outrageous! They said it’s that much because they have to buy a new motor, so what was the warranty for??? This company is just dishonest with how the warranty works. Would not recommend them!
