I hope I can give them a no-star rating. These people work for an AHS warranty company, and I've faced continuous issues with them. Moreover, they have blocked my phone number from calling them. Honestly, I do not wish to contact you; it just so happens that you are one of the two vendors American Home Shield works with. Their customer service is petty and, without a doubt, the worst at resolving issues with AHS.

Terrible service. Stay away from this company. Their technicians list services on their invoices that were never performed and are not reliable professionals. When the company is informed about their technicians’ misconduct, they neither apologize nor take responsibility—instead, they support the unprofessional behavior of their staff. Unfortunately, this was not just one bad experience; we have American Home Shield and this company was assigned so many times and always a shamed service performed . We will never use their services again.

Exceptional service. My technician was Jose and he came promptly at 8am. The window was between 8 to 12. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. He answered my numerous questions. Glad I got American Home Shield. He cleaned and flushed the lines. Now I know to flush monthly with bleach! Gracias Jose!!

I've used Air Connection Mechanical serveral times now. They have always provided excellent service. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and do great work. The office people I spoke with on the phone are always friendly and accomodating. I have American Home Shield so any service request for AC is assigned to them. I've used others in the past, but these guys are by far the best.

That is the worst company in south florida for A/C. Run away from they. They miss appointments, they are always late, their techs are no prepared. Costumer service is horrible. All of sudden you will receive one message to confirm the appointment and if you do not answear in one hour you will miss the appointment and they will never be able to reschedule. Disgusting
