Steve was great! He came out late in the evening and quickly diagnosed and repaired the condenser. I will definitely refer friends and family and will use again! Update - After learning we were charged a 1,845% markup for the part that was replaced, I’ve decided to change my ratings. We were charged a higher than normal labor fee that should have compensated for the late night service call. A 50% markup is acceptable. Hell, a 100% markup would be acceptable for offering services after hours and a justifiable amount for a convenience fee to have the part on hand. What we were charged for the part is criminal and I can’t help but think that it was altered based on profiling. You know, the nicer the house, the more expensive the part becomes. I've been calling Steve for A/C maintenance since 2021. He has always either answered right away, or called back within the hour. I appreciate how thorough he is when he shows up for an appointment and his willingness to explain pretty much anything I'm curious about when it comes to the A/C system.

My air conditioner decided not to work on a 95 degree day. I called Steve and he was at my house in less than an hour and fixed the issue in 30 min. Quality service at a fair price. This is my new air conditioner company! Very highly recommend!
