My family and I have been very pleased with all of the work that your company has provided for us. Starting with the duct work that was done last October. Well this what I have to say they do their job the center heater went out 2 days after they supposed to fix it i gave them $160.00 what they charge me for a fuss I had to call my insurance company back to let them know my heater is not working the Blanchard Company had to come out and do what they was supposed to do took my $160.00 I need my money back because they didn't do the job call Blanchard Company in Houma Louisiana and they will give you the information about your guys work wires was all cross up enough to burn my Trailer down

We have a couple of mini splits installed by Air Creation Heating and Cooling by the last quarter of last year. After all those months, we experienced some situations that we couldn’t fix ourselves. We called the office with our concerns and they immediately accommodated us to send a technician the very same day to check the units, still under warranty, and the problem was resolved the very next morning. We are appreciative of their diligence and technical expertise that have our units running smoothly.
