Air Doc

These folks are a class act. Couldn't be happier with their service. My furnace quit on Christmas morning, hot wired it to get it to work for the day, then called all the local shops in Gillette to get the part to fix it. No one open in Gillette that could get to me, (Christmas was on Sunday, Monday was the federal holiday). Called every Goodman dealer within 150 miles, these guys are the only ones who answered the phone. Helped me diagnose the problem over the phone, confirmed what I suspected, bad control board. They couldn't get me the part that day, all suppliers were closed. Called me the next morning to check on me, even suggested some places locally that had the part in stock (they wouldn't have made a dime, just helping me out). I was so pleased with their service

They installed a SUPER efficient heater. I had a weird problem with it after a few weeks (in an old house and the chimney system is wonky) and they came the same day, fixed everything. The office lady was super nice too. The owner is great, solid work, and it's awesome local company. Wouldn't go with anyone else.

I got ripped off. At first I thought Air Dec was pretty good, but by the end of my service I had changed my mind. They came out the same day I called with no AC and 90 degrees days ahead of us, so that was a huge plus! But, I feel I was wayyyy overcharged for labor and product. I had a refrigerant leak, and wanted to just refill it as I really thought the leak was very small since the tech didn't see any immediate signs of a leak. Later I learned that he didn't look very hard, as a different company found it right away. The tech told me my AC unit ONLY took a coolant called R-22 and ran about $120/lb, and happens to be In short supply. I thought this was high, but didn't really know, so I didn't question it. So he refilled it after dawdling around for close to an extra hour. I got charged

I called Air Doc when my furniture quit working. They came with in the hour. Replaced a part and did an over all check. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. From the person who answered the phone to the person who fixed my furniture couldn't ask for anything more! I'm going to add at a great price.. I would give this company a ten star if I could!!

I wish I could give this company less than one star but I guess that’s how bad of an experience we had with them! To start off with they re-ducted our house last August. They dumped the remains of the old duct work on the new carpet in the basement. We informed them of the drop down ceiling being put in in the basement and they still put the heating vents flush with their duct work and told us how to fix it ourselves. They stood on top of my brand new washer and dryer set and had to be asked not to. One of their guys got rubber adhesive all over the side of my dryer. They left the basement door open for god knows how long one day and then claimed it was none of their guys even though they were the only ones allowed down there because of the metal chunks of duct work they left laying everyw
