Gal was awesome!!! I called and he came within 30 minutes. He was incredible professional, thoroughly cleaned my ducts and even vacuumed my entire hallway after he had finished. I was so impressed with him and will absolutely be calling him again anytime I need more work done. I highly recommend him and this company! Now I am able to use my dryer, I actually just used it and it is like brand new! Thank you Gal!!!

I recommend AIR DUCT CHARLESTON for your air duct cleaning! This is my second home I have used them on and their professional service and straightforward pricing met all my expectations. They call the day prior to remind you of the appointment, they show up on time or even a little early. They cover your areas under the vents with plastic, clean up everything and are so courteous. David was my technician and it was a seamless 2hour job from start to finish. No high pressure to sell you anything additional! So glad I found them!

Gal and his team managed to fit me in for a same day appointment for duct cleaning services. He quoted me only for the work that was necessary to clean my system, and nothing extra. His communication was excellent and his team was polite and conscientious to keep the work area clean. I also had a problem area around a leaky window that I happened to show Gal in passing.... they actually also do "clean up" for these kind of situations and Gal and the team were kind enough to move some things around and remove damaged wood and sanitize. Again, they were clean, efficient and professional. I would recommend these guys because it's rare to find a service provider so transparent and that comes through. Would recommend. Job well done!
