Air Duct Cleaning Experts

Paid Air Duct 44 $1,450 for AC cleaning & 3 UV lights. Only blower & part of return duct were cleaned. 2 UV lights didn’t work. Joseph came back Aug. 20, replaced 1 light, but never returned to fix duct tear, replace insulation, or properly clean mold. I requested a $900 refund but still waiting. Unreliable and disappointing.

I question the 5 star reviews. My experience was contrary to that reported on Google based on an Internet web search, I hired this company for two dryer air duct cleanings (two different houses). In contrast to what was promised to me during the scheduling process, that they would have all credentials with them, they showed up at my house with no ID in an unmarked vehicle. In addition I was misled by the website, that showed a fleet of marked vehicles. When I called to cancel the second of the two appointments with 24 hours notice I was told that only a manager can cancel an appointment. I do not recommend this company PROCEED with caution.
