Hands down best heating & cooling company out there in TN. I have dealt with other two companies who did not do a great job, that was rush and never actually fixed my issue. I love that Air Essentials LLC send you info when a tech is on their way and you can track. Brett knew by just looking at my unit what the other heating / cooling company failed to do and incorrectly installed. Brett explain the issue and how he could fix it. Extremely helpful and professional. Install was smooth. Highly recommend Air Essentials LLC for heating& cooling. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Brett was awesome, arriving on time, very informative, as well as assisted in doing extra work that i as the customer would have to do. He was very personable, making me feel as if i have known him for years. He was also willing to explain things in detail ensuring that i understood what was being done every step of the way.
