Excellent service! Jackson (Sales Rep.) was very kind and professional. He guided us through options on a split unit for our garage, with a non-pressure approach. Life challenged us, and we had to postpone the project. A year later we were ready, and Jackson once again gave us updated options. He explained advantages and risks of different options, and provided technical data to let us know what unit sizes would work for our space. Paperwork was super easy and quick, and installation was scheduled at our convenience. Steven (installer) not only arrived on time, but we got a courtesy message he was on his way. He did not bash the competition and did not contradict himself in any way. Plus his professionalism was unparalleled. Also the price was fair and competitive (replaced 3 full units).
