In today's world, dependable customer service is hard to come by, so very appreciated when you get it. FANTASTIC customer service is even more rare. Misty at the office and our service tech could not be making our lives any easier. Our service tech is so polite to my Mom (who lives at our home) and the same for Misty. They have gotten to know us and our needs. We work out of state & are rarely at home, Misty and our service rep (his name is slipping my mind, SORRY) go out of their way to make us comfortable. Misty has saved us from 2 service calls by giving my Mom help over the phone, HOW AWESOME IS THAT.... We will never get AC service from anyone else. When our unit goes out (IT WILL AT SOME POINT, even with the great service) we won't even shop other vendors. If there price is higher,

My family has had Air Experts since we move in 4 years ago, and we could not be happier. Misty with scheduling, and the maintenance team (shout out to Jason!) have been amazing. Jason just put in a new unit and my family could not be happier! Thank you to the team, and Jason for his hard work!!

I used Air Experts for three years as my primary Air Conditioning maintenance and service. I had a great experience with staff that would come out twice a year to maintain my air conditioning unit, and was happy to renew my service with them annually. This year, during my fall maintenance, a new gentlemen came out and alerted me to some very disturbing news. It appeared the air handler had not been properly cleaned and maintained for a very long time, even though someone had responded every six months to look at it per what I was supposedly paying for. The coil, blower, and even the wiring were caked in inch thick mold which was blowing into my house. I received a ridiculous quote to clean it out by the same folks who obviously weren't maintaining the unit properly in the first place. I

I had AIR EXPERTS for a number of years and decided to change to next Plumbing and drain so I let her express know and they said I had Already paid for a maintenance visit so I scheduled it and the tech came and put my Humidistat at 65 and the temperature at 71 and went outside to the air conditioner he was out there about five minutes and said the air conditioner is running very well and then he left that night when I went to put my air on it wasn’t working so finally at 1 o’clock in the morning I figured it out. The humidistat had to be set to on so when he said, the air conditioner was running fine it wasn’t even running. He didn’t check my events. He didn’t check my filter. He did nothing.

Replacing our 20-year-old unit turned out to be a MUCH bigger deal than originally thought. When the old unit was removed, it was revealed that the original installer (long before we owned the property) had done a truly unprofessional job — the enclosing space was such a mess that the new system couldn't be properly installed without a rebuild -- understandably not part of AirExperts deal. Fortunately, Lorenzo agreed to the task and spent hours to refit the space -- a really great job. The actual install was a lot quicker than I imagined, so the whole process was done in a single day. All the while, Lorenzo, was charming and positive. He made what might have been an unpleasant experience (for us) into a very good one. Well, done, AirExperts! And thanks, Lorenzo!
