I scheduled HVAC system tune-up service with McWilliams Heating, cooling and plumbering Service . Terry is knowledgeable Technician. He checked furnace and AC thoroughly, took pictures, educated me about things those need to be taken care of. He also emailed me all the details along with pictures and repair estimates. While Terry was checking appliances, he also took pictures and videos, educated me, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I had my routine heater serviced with Pablo and he did a thorough job. He explained in details and took pictures of what parts were checked and the results. Pablo was helpful all around. Terry came by my office recently while he was working on the business next to me. I was only expecting to get an estimate, but he was able to work me in and service all of my AC units that day. He was very knowledgeable and showed me photos of what he did and recommended which was nice to see bc you kind of have to just trust repairmen’s word otherwise. Highly recommend!
